We used MasterCraft K&B to remodel our master bathroom. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The final product is way beyond our original expectations and we will definitely use them again when we remodel our other upstairs bathroom. The process started working with Alex who was very helpful with design concepts and recommendations. We leaned on Alex a lot because of his experience and were very happy with the choices he recommended and how they look/feel/work in our bathroom now. Chris did most of the work in our bathroom and he was also great to work with. Communicative, clean, professional, and above all a fantastic craftsman. We also really enjoyed working with Beth and Kam who always kept us up-to-date on our project and were a huge help navigating the work during all of the COVID-19 restrictions. I’m not one for writing reviews but I felt I needed to after mastercraft finished our hall bathroom. I know that they do very high end work too but I felt they treated our job just as importantly from start to finish as one of there more expensive bathroom remodels. Our designer Alex helped us in choosing the perfect material and Beth in the Office answered every question and concern we had in a timely manner. Chris’s workmanship was flawless and they finished on budget and on time. We couldn’t be happier with choosing Mastercraft and we will definitely use them for any future remodeling projects.
