We had our kitchen remodeled and were very pleased with the friendly and thorough service throughout the whole process. As we expected, the result is beautiful and really upgrades the whole look of our home. We are very glad we were able to complete this major project with minimal curve balls (which are inevitable with any renovation).

I recently relocated into a “new” town home that needed an update before I could move in. I was pressed and stressed to move in and start my new job. My experience with Master Craft was exceptional, my job wasn’t a large renovation but I was treated as if I was their most important client. In three weeks from meeting with Jake, I had a new bath and fully renovated kitchen, I moved in and started my new career. Bravo Master Craft. Your a breathe of fresh air in a business that needs more contractors like you.

We had a challenging project for MasterCraft. Living in a Cape style home where a previous renovation had added a large great room to the back of the house, the original kitchen footprint was constrained by an attached garage and now served as a thoroughfare to the addition. With little counter space, we asked MasterCraft to expand into the garage to have both room for an island and room for the circulation. We also worked with them to open the plan better and while not true open concept, the result is a free flowing transformation unexpected in a Cape style home. The project had to deal with questionable work from the previous addition and a previous renovation of the kitchen, typical unexpected conditions related to previous homeowner self-performed work, and a reconfiguration of a laundry area that was impacted by the kitchen expansion. We were also looking for a modernist design rather than a contemporary cookie-cutter kitchen. The MasterCraft field team of Terry and Justin showed a level of care and attention to our goals that you don’t always see in construction and worked with us on access, considerations for our pets, and resolving unexpected items that would have impacted the look we wanted. If doing it again, we would ask for commitment on a timeline for developing and finalizing a design including review of specialty components, be sure items only in renderings are clear in the contract, and have a better idea of how the work will be executed to be sure we align on the final look. We love the kitchen we received and how our vision was built. Friends and family refer to it as a TV make-over level kitchen!

With Aleks as designer, Justin as project manager, and Kam as lead technician, MasterCraft Kitchen & Bath did an amazing job remodeling my bathroom from a 1980s contractor's special to my vision for the space. Everyone involved, from office staff to on-site craftsmen, were excellent communicators and great to work with.

We used MasterCraft K&B to remodel our master bathroom. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The final product is way beyond our original expectations and we will definitely use them again when we remodel our other upstairs bathroom. The process started working with Alex who was very helpful with design concepts and recommendations. We leaned on Alex a lot because of his experience and were very happy with the choices he recommended and how they look/feel/work in our bathroom now. Chris did most of the work in our bathroom and he was also great to work with. Communicative, clean, professional, and above all a fantastic craftsman. We also really enjoyed working with Beth and Kam who always kept us up-to-date on our project and were a huge help navigating the work during all of the COVID-19 restrictions. We highly recommend MasterCraft. Sharing some before and after pictures so others can see why we speak so highly of the work!

Most people wait to write a review once all has been said and done but for the benefit of anyone that like us may be looking for an establishment that could do their renovation from start to finish, I wanted to give an ‘in process’ shout out to MasterCraft Kitchen and Bath. If you are looking for a company and overwhelmed with the prospects of what a kitchen remodel may look like, let me help make your decision easy, choose MasterCraft.My husband and I wanted a company that could come into our kitchen, give us ideas and tell us what they thought would look great within our budget and then carry out that vision. We called MasterCraft after reading the Google Reviews that were online.From the initial phone call with Beth, we were treated with respect and professionalism. Beth has been a joy to work with. Before the start of project, if ever I had a question, she quickly responded to my emails and was proactive in helping get answers. She has been the steady hub of the wheel that has kept us connected to all parts of the process moving effectively. She has communicated regularly with us and kept us up to date with different scheduling issues that resulted from the pandemic.Our initial consult with the designer Brian, which was at no charge to us, continued with the same professionalism Beth displayed. Brian listened to what we were thinking and we let him know our budget. We met him at the Showroom about a week later and we were blown away with the CADs that he designed for us. I couldn’t believe it was my kitchen.Brian gave us several options for budget and he went above and beyond to help us find ways to get the best within what our price range demanded. He walked with us hand in hand through all the decisions. He took a process that could have been overwhelming and made it manageable.Fast forward from March to August (delays were due to pandemic and things completely out of MasterCraft control) and getting ready to start the project. Kameron is project manager who has worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure that things run as seamlessly as possible for a kitchen remodel. This was exactly one of the things we were looking for in a project manager that would take the stress of coordinating all the behind the scenes things so my husband and I weren’t trying to coordinate this ourselves. I’m sure I have no idea the extent and effort Kameron has gone to in order to accomplish this because all I see is a kitchen remodel happening seamlessly beyond my expectation.Terry is the lead carpenter/ general contractor extraordinaire. He truly is a Mastercraftsman. He has an attention to detail that is unmatched. I don’t feel the need to constantly be checking that things have been done correctly. He incorporates my opinion in decision making. When I’ve asked a question about something or had an idea, he’s already ten steps ahead. I have quickly learned that my smartest reply has been to ask Terry what he thinks because of his experience and exceptional eye for detail. He is punctual, hard working and doesn’t mind keeping up with my battery of questions . Justin is another contractor that is working and learning from Terry and he carries himself with excellence and professionalism.I have been blown away with the level of cleanliness that Terry and Justin have demonstrated each day. Yes the hub of my home has been ripped apart but they leave it each day in a way that goes above and beyond.I can promise that I don’t work for MasterCraft and we are not being remunerated in anyway for this review. My husband is a chimney contractor that carries his business with quality and integrity. You have one name that will proceed you. We chose MasterCraft because their quality proceeded them with reviews and those reviews didn’t disappoint. Those 5 stars are well earned.Can’t wait for the final product that I will post pictures of upon completion but thankful I don’t have to dread the process.Well Done MasterCraft! Thank you for being a company that lives up to it’s name.

Start to finish, the pros at MasterCraft Kitchen & Bath, provided exactly what I envisioned. Their craftsmanship, along with their attention to detail, have made this bathroom project not only accessible, but beautiful as well. What was left in the end, was a remodeled bathroom which far and away exceeded all my expectations. I therefore can not [in all good consciousness] give MasterCraft a 5 star rating. I would have to give them… 10 stars!

A negative review was left by Barruzza Construction, regarding work done by Master Craft Kitchen and Bath at our home. This contractor was contracted to put tile around a utility sink in our laundry room. It's an area of about 3 feet by two feet. He was here three weeks and did an awful job. Tiles are still falling off the wall. Please know that the review he left IN NO WAY CONSTITUTES OUR OPINION.Master Craft remodel our kitchen. They improved flow, gave us more storage, and did a first class job. Working with Alex was a joy. She listened to everything we wanted and helped us to make the most out of the space. Hopefully you will be able to see the before and after pictures soon now that everything is back together. My words do not do justice to the work.Terry was our forman. The team showed up when they said they would and NEVER left a mess. He made it so I was able to use the stove and refrigerator as needed.In 2020, we plan to redo the second floor bathrooms. Master Craft Kitchen and Bath will be the only contractors we call!! You will not be unhappy with their work.

We recently renovated our master bathroom and used Master Craft. This was a total renovation -soaking tub removal with shower expansion while taking walls down to studs. We had five contractors out to preview the job and submit estimates. All estimated prices were similar and all references checked out well. I chose Master Craft and could not be happier. The design process was pleasant-I went to their showroom and was shown options and made my selections. The CAD drawing was wonderful to see the end product prior to the start of our project. The quality of products used, the employees professionalism and the END RESULT WERE WONDERFUL. We could not be happier.

Mastercraft completed a kitchen remodel for us, updating our 30 year old kitchen. They were all great to work with, office staff, technicians, and Joe. They corrected a wiring issue and a plumbing issue when they found them at no extra cost. They answered all of our questions before and during the renovation! Most impressive was that when we identified an issue with the floor that was installed, Joe worked with the supplier and manufacturer to have the defective floor replaced at no cost to us. We recommend Mastercraft to anyone looking for a kitchen or bathroom remodel.

Mastercraft kitchens and bath has just completed a shower remodeling project for my wife and I. The whole project from beginning to end went well. However I must caution you on one thing. Time. If you want quick go elsewhere. Once we signed the contract we waited about six weeks for work to start. We knew this upfront, they told us prior to our signing that six to eight weeks was normal. They also told us that as soon as we signed, they would order all the material, and have it on hand when they start. And they did, all custom materials included. The time we spent planning and waiting was well worth it. The crew we had was meticulous every step of the job. So thank you Joe Wright project manager, and Cam and Chuck for a job done right. Hard to get these days,

Our experience was outstanding. Our master bathroom needed a complete overhaul. The over-sized garden tub was a space-hog, and instead I now have a larger shower and a vanity area. The CAD drawings were very helpful to us. Their designer Beth helped me to pick the flooring and tiles. We never had to miss work to meet contractors, thanks to an organized team of professionals, a Google timeline/task list and a lock box on our front door. All workers were professional craftsmen, who were meticulous about cleaning up after themselves each day. Thank you! Highly recommend.

MasterCraft Kitchen & Bath is the best company I have ever worked with from start to finish. They have amazing people working there who have very positive attitudes and their work and experience proves just how great of a company it is. Brian who is the one who designed my kitchen has a great eye for the latest quality materials and trends. His professionalism and creativity to design my custom kitchen are beyond words. Joe & Mike have built a very organized team with a ton of experience, and If you are looking for a kitchen or bath there is no other place to go. They just took over the old Harley Davison showroom in Souderton and I can't wait to see the amazing space when it is done! MasterCraft brought our small outdated kitchen into this century! They were able to transform two small areas into one large, beautiful, functional space. They were very professional throughout the whole process. And I really appreciate how they limited our time without our sink and range as much as possible. We highly recommend them!

At the very beginning of my kitchen renovation planning, I knew I wanted Cambria Quartz countertops. Alex A. at Master Craft was extremely responsive to my request for a quote via an internet inquiry, AND put it in writing. He was available to show samples and answer questions along the way. With Kim N.'s assistance, the templating was done on time, and the finished product installed earlier than I had hoped for. I love the beautiful, sparkly quartz - it's like jewelry for the kitchen! I can't say enough about how nice it is to deal with a company which does what they say they will do, and insures that the work is done by qualified installers. I know I will enjoy my new countertops for many years.

Our exceptional experience with MasterCraft started with our encounter with designer Brian. He literally blew us away with his design for our new kitchen. His vision was beyond anything any other designer offered. Not only was he creative in his design, the details of his design was so precise they could easily be translated into physical reality. Then we had the honor of seeing the master craftsman Terry bring the design to life. Terry's skill and attention to detail were beyond compare. We would highly recommend MasterCraft to anyone looking to redesign a kitchen. If we could we would give them 10 stars!

MasterCraft completed two bathroom renovation projects. I can't say enough positive things about MasterCraft, from designer to office staff to project manager and multiple crews. They were professional and focused on details. No question was too much for me to ask. As with any project there were bumps in the road, but they never wavered from providing timely solutions. Status updates were communicated weekly, if not daily. From day one, they were respectful and took efforts to protect my home while the work was underway. I am very happy with the results. To top it all off - they are truly nice trustworthy people.

Five years later i still LOVE my kitchen, but more importantly, I am so impressed with the CUSTOMER SERVICE that Mastercraft has provided. I had an issue with my ceiling lights and called them and they replaced ALL ten lights so that there wouldn't be a problem again later. To the owners, Mike and Joe and ALL of the employees that I dealt with during the remodel: Terry, Brian, Beth, Jim, Kameron and most recently Sam, THANK YOU! My wife and I used MasterCraft Kitchen & Bath for our master bathroom remodel. Joe was our project manager and was very detailed with us throughout the entire process. Our estimate, drawings and meetings were professionally done, MasterCraft does an amazing presentation and did 3d photos, very high tech! Everything was budgeted to the penny and if anything needed to be corrected or revised, it was done. We have heard lots of stories and negative comments about contractors from friends and family in the past and we only have positive things to say about MasterCraft Kitchen & Bath and using them for our project.

We contracted with MasterCraft to do a complete demolition and remodel of our master bathroom (new shower, floor, vanity cabinets, countertop, mirrors, etc.). The company provided guidance every step of the way for the design and selection of all materials. Any issues were handled and followed up on. MasterCraft is a very honorable company and stands behind its work 100%. We are very happy with our gorgeous new bathroom!

We had been looking for a contractor to remodel the dilapidated kitchen in our recently aquired foreclosure. When we met Mike Arduino with MasterCraft it became an easy decision. He is so honest and so committed. Every little detail was taken into consideration, from the beautiful crown moldings and trim work, to floor finishes and quality cabinetry. Joe and Mike were very professional. I used their company, MasterCraft Kitchen & Bath, to design and renovate my kitchen, bathroom and living area. Having had problems with contractors previously in my house, I needed a construction company that I could trust and one that could deliver what they said they would. From all the contractors I had met with previously, without any hesitation I consider MasterCraft Kitchen & Bath the best. I always felt respected and comfortable with their recommendations. Joe never promised something that he could not deliver; he was hands on trying to deliver my kitchen renovation on time and with great attention to detail.
